Founded by Tim Mara in 1925, when the NFL was just 5 years old, the New York Giants are among the most historic teams in the National Football League.

Tim Mara, the team owner, chose the name “Giants” for the team because he wanted New York supporters to be able to support both the Major League Baseball team and the team at the time. The name also refers to all the enormous structures in New York City. As of 2021, the Giants had won four Super Bowl titles and four National League Football titles, having some of the most valuable New York Giants collectibles ever sold.

Legendary players like Lawerence Taylor, Eli Manning, Rosey Brown, Michael Strahan, Harry Carson, and many more can be found throughout the franchise’s history. Because of this, their influence on the game may be quantified in a variety of ways, including income, sponsorships, and memorabilia. It has recently come to our attention that certain Giants memorabilia have been offered for astronomically high prices. These are the 12 most valuable New York Giants collectibles ever sold.

12. Signed Harry Carson Jersey: $1200

Harry Carson was a very strong defensive player who was drafted by the New York Giants in the fourth round of the 1976 NFL Draft. He started as a middle linebacker midway through his rookie season and was also selected to the 1977 All-Rookie team. Fun Fact: Carson played defense for the Giants from 1981 to 1983, when they were known as the “Crunch Bunch” and the “Big Blue Wrecking Crew.”

Over the course of his 13-year tenure with the Giants, Carson recovered 14 fumbles, intercepted 11 passes, and led the team in sacks for six of those seasons, inspiring one of the most valuable New York Giants collectibles. Carson recorded 23 tackles in the playoffs and 118 tackles in the regular season in 1986, which was a major factor in the Giants’ first Super Bowl victory. His jersey was offered for sale as part of an online collector’s auction on the I-Collector website, one of the most valuable New York giants collectibles of all time. The jersey brought in $1200 at full price.

11. Team Signed Autographed New York Giants 1986 Superbowl Helmet: $2000

Super Bowl champions Eli Manning, Victor Cruz, Brandon Jacobs, Prince Amukamara, Jake Ballard, Ramses Barden, Michael Boley, Kevin Boothe, Ahmad Bradshaw, Andre Brown, Michael Coe, Domenik Hixon, Jerrel Jernigan, Greg Jones, Kareem Mckenzie, Shaun O’Hara, Antrel Rolle, Aaron Ross, Tyler Sash, Da’rel Scott, Chris Snee, Devin Thomas, and Corey Webster are among the autographed 16×20 framed available for purchase. 10. 2005 Game Worn and Signed Eli Manning Jersey: $2220

The San Diego Chargers selected Eli Manning with the first overall pick, but Manning promptly declared he would not play for San Diego, leading to his trade to the New York Giants on draft night. For the majority of his 16-year tenure with the Giants, Manning started all 234 games as the starting quarterback for the Big Blue from 2004 to 2019.

Fun fact: Manning started 210 straight games for the Giants during that time, which is quite outstanding for an NFL player because it is difficult for many players to maintain their health and durability at the highest level throughout the duration of their careers. In the two Super Bowls when the Giants overcame the New England Patriots, Manning gave two of his most memorable performances, producing one of the most valuable New York Giants collectibles. For the Giants, Manning was able to complete passes for 57, 023 yards in his career. His jersey went for $2,220 when it was auctioned off as part of the Fall Sports Collectibles Catalog Auction held in Dallas, which was organized by Heritage Auctions.

9. Framed Signed Autograph Photo Collection of 1954 NY Giants: $4500

32 x 40 framed set of signed cut autographs from the 1954 New York Giants baseball team, winners of the World Series.

It was the 72nd season of the New York Giants franchise. With a record of 97 wins and 57 defeats, the Giants won the National League pennant. They went on to defeat the Cleveland Indians in four games during the World Series. Up until 2010, it was the team’s only World Series victory and came to be one of the most valuable New York Giants collectibles.

It would be the New York Giants’ last World Series victory in New York, as they swept the Cleveland Indians. They would win the World Series again in 2010, fifty-two years after moving to San Francisco.

The Cleveland Indians have never lost a World Series until this point. The Indians’ lone notable accomplishment was preventing the Yankees from winning six in a row. In 1948, the Yankees were once again eliminated by the Indians (though they did win the Series that year), and it was the last time they had not won the pennant or series before. In addition, it was the only World Series held between 1949 and 1958 without the Yankees.

8. Lawrence Taylor New York Giants Signed Giants Helmet: $4561

This genuine signed helmet is as legit as they get, and it even includes a note from Steiner.

With a 39–20 victory over the Broncos, the Giants won their first NFL title since 1956 and their first Super Bowl. It was the first of the Broncos’ three straight Super Bowl defeats; a year later, they defeated the Washington Redskins 42–10 in the championship game.

The Broncos led the game by the closest margin in Super Bowl history at halftime, 10-9. The first half of the game was close. But Giants defensive end George Martin’s sack of Elway in the end zone for safety was the only point scored in the second quarter. The Giants scored 26 points in a row in the third and fourth quarters after this. This helmet is signed and authenticated, coming in at a justifiably high asking price as one of the most valuable New York Giants collectibles.

7. 1988 Lawrence Taylor Game Worn and Signed Jersey: $6572

With the second overall pick in the 1981 draft, the Giants selected Lawerence Taylor, who was able to contribute to the club right away from the moment he took the field. Taylor was renowned for his flawless athleticism, quick reflexes as a defender and immense strength to overwhelm the opposition. Taylor was the recipient of the NFL Defensive Player of the Year and NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year trophies during his rookie season.

Fun Fact: Taylor was able to be selected to the first-team All-Pro for six consecutive seasons and was able to make the Pro Bowl ten times in a row. He was able to earn the NFL MVP Award, the NFL Defensive Player of the Year Award, and the Bert Bell Award for Player of the Year in 1986, making his jersey one of the most valuable New York Giants collectibles. He was a crucial component in the Giants’ first-ever Super Bowl victory. His jersey was offered for $6,572 on November 18, 2016, and it was sold as part of the Sports Collectibles Catalog Auction as well as the Heritage Auctions.

No one will be able to question your dedication thanks to the striking New York Giants graphics. This will be a one-of-a-kind item in your New York Giants collection due to its distinctive style with one of the most valuable New York Giants collectibles.

5. Rosey Brown Game Worn Jersey: $7788

Rosey Brown was chosen in the 27th round of the 1953 NFL Draft, demonstrating to the Giants that he was the steal of the draft. For the lineman position, Brown was noted for being an extremely quick and nimble player who depended more on technique and quickness than pure weight. Brown was named the NFL Offensive Lineman of the Year in 1956 and guided the Giants to the 1956 NFL Championship championship.

Sadly, Brown’s career was cut short far sooner than anyone had anticipated due to a serious medical condition. Despite this setback, Brown continued to be active with the Giants, quickly joining the coaching staff and helping to coach the offensive line before joining the team as a scout in 1971. Brown was a member of the 2010 Giants Rings of Honor class and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1975, making his jersey one of the most valuable New York Giants collectibles. His jersey brought $7,788 when it was sold at the Grey Flannel Auctions.

4. 1962 NFL Championship Ticket New York Giants Vs Green Bay Packers: $12,000

One of just two that are known to exist right now, and it is considerably superior to the other one (which is a PSA 1). The name and details of the original owner, who may have been an NFL front office employee, are recorded on the reverse of this exceptional copy, which is in stunning Excellent to Mint condition on the front.

The $10 mezzanine ticket, which was the other complete ticket, sold for $5,975.00 due to creases, back damage, and paper loss from being adhered to an album, devaluing one of the most valuable New York Giants collectibles. This superior full ticket is much more valued and of much higher quality. It was originally $12 for an upper box seat, which is a far more coveted location. Even the stub is rare!

3. 2007 NY Giants Super Bowl XLII Ring Size 7 Tiffany & Co.: $13,050

The National Football League (NFL) title for the 2007 season was determined by a football game called Super Bowl XLII, which pitted the American Football Conference (AFC) champion, unbeaten New England Patriots against the National Football Conference (NFC) champion, underdog New York Giants.

With the widely recognized “Helmet Catch”—often regarded as the greatest Super Bowl catch ever—the Giants upset the Patriots 17–14. This game is regarded by many as the greatest upset of all time. The match took place at Glendale, Arizona’s University of Phoenix Stadium on February 3, 2008.

The excellent pre-owned condition characterizes this ring as one of the most valuable New York Giants collectibles. It should be noted that the ring has been etched with the initials “DM” and that the inside of the band shows some traces of wear and age. You may view this in the gallery of photos. The ring’s exterior is in excellent shape.

2. 2007 NY Giants Super Bowl XLII Ring: $87,500

The world was shocked in 2008 when the New York Giants upset the much-favored New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII. With a perfect record going into the game, the Patriots were hoping to make history by being the first team to do so since the 1972 Miami Dolphins.

Many people consider Super Bowl XLII to be one of the best ever, featuring three lead changes in the fourth quarter and iconic plays like David Tyree’s helmet catch (which is placed third on NFL.com’s 100 Greatest Plays list). The Giants defeated the Patriots 17–14 in the final seconds of play after scoring a touchdown with less than a minute remaining in the game.

This New York Giants NFL Super Bowl ring was given to me by the employees. There is a stamp on the inside band indicating that Tiffany & Co. created the ring. The weight of the 14k White Gold ring is 71 grams and it is among the most valuable New York Giants collectibles.

1. Michael Strahan Game Worn Super Bowl Jersey: $100,000 (Most Valuable New York Giants Collectibles)

Michael Strahan was taken by the Giants in the second round of the 1993 NFL Draft. He missed a significant portion of his rookie season due to a foot injury, but he quickly recovered and established himself in the league. In 1997, Strahan had a breakout season with 14 sacks, a first-team All-Pro selection, and his selection to his first Pro Bowl.

During his amazing NFL career, one of Strahan’s most memorable events occurred in Super Bowl XLII when he sacked Tom Brady, who is regarded as the best quarterback in NFL history, causing Brady to lose six yards on an offensive drive.

In the closing minutes of the game, Strahan added two more enormous solo tackles that helped the Giants upset and triumph over the New England Patriots in that Super Bowl. In 2001, Strahan led the league in tackles for a loss and officially set a record with 22.5 sacks. He also went on to earn the NFL’s Defensive Player of the Year Award.  At an auction, his jersey brought around $100,000 and is one of the most valuable New York Giants collectibles.
