Swinging into the Marvel scene in 1962, Spider-Man has become a beloved character in comics and feature films. Shooting webs and fighting for his city, this young hero has also had several action figures created in his image. If you are a huge Spider-Man fan or just like the Marvel Universe, check out these five Spider Man action figures that hold value on the market today.
5. 12″ Mego Spider-Man Action Figure, $450
Our fifth Spider Man action figure is from Mego. The 12″ Spider-Man figure is one of the rarest pieces from the Mego line and is a larger version of the 8″ Spider-Man. They came in a variety of different packaging including a blister card and enclosed box. During this time, Mego experimented with several different sizes, but once Star Wars came into the picture the figures didn’t sell as much.
4. Spider-Man Classics Streetlight Spider-Man, $500+
Before the Marvel Legends line came out, Spider-Man Classics was a huge line that put out several different Spider Man action figures, including this Streetlight Spider-Man. The line ran during the early 2000s and one of the rarest figures was Streetlight Spider-Man, going for about $500.
3. Spider-Man Legendary Scale Figure, $4,500
While some action figures gain value over time, some are immediately expensive, including Sideshow Collectibles‘ Legendary Scale Spider-Man. A blend between an action figure and a statue, the figure has a fabric costume and interchangeable eyes. Sideshow Collectibles are known for being extremely detailed and this figure now has a value of around $4,500.

2. Funko Metallic Spider-Man San Diego Comic-Con Exclusive, $4,500
One of the biggest collectors brands now is Funko, creating various action figures. Part of the reason why these are so popular is due to the limited edition figures, like our second choice, the metallic Spider-Man. Introduced at the San Diego Comic-Con in 2011, there were only 480 of the figures created, making them extremely rare and worth over $4,500.

1. San Diego Comic-Con Lego Spider-Man, $5,800
Our number one Spider Man action figure is also the smallest. San Diego Comic-Com 2013 put out a Marvel Super Heroes promotional set that included just one Lego Spider-Man minifigure. The figure was given to guests who won the daily raffle at the convention and came on a unique blister card. If you can find one of these, they are valued at nearly $6,000.
