Wellesley is not only one of the richest towns in MA but also one of the safest. Located just outside of Boston, the town has a safety rating of 4.6, which is about 30% of the state average. 

With a median household income of $250,000, Wellesley is a quite wealthy suburb. However, Wellesley is home to multiple higher education institutions, making the town a popular destination for students and academics alike. 

Located only 15 miles outside of downtown Boston, Weston is one of the richest towns in MA. This affluent town is home to just over 11,000 residents. 

With a median household income of $250,001 and local home values averaging at around $2.16 million, Weston is not only one of the wealthiest towns in Massachusetts, but one of the wealthiest towns in the entire country.

Dover is the richest town in MA, with a median household income of $250,001. 

The town is situated on the southern banks of the Charles River, about 40 minutes from downtown Boston. The community is known for its nationally-ranked school systems, town safety, and a charming, Massachusetts atmosphere, all of which help attract some of the wealthiest families to Dover.
