For pop culture collectors, there’s always a big sale just around the corner, and late March through April 2026 is no different.
If you’re into movies, TV, or music-related memorabilia, the top three upcoming sales include the Propstore Entertainment Memorabilia sale, Julien’s And Just Like That online sale, and Sotheby’s Rock & Pop auction in New York.
The Propstore sale (March 25-27)
Propstore’s Los Angeles Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction runs March 25 to 27, 2026.
LiveAuctioneers notes the sale includes more than 1,300 film and television lots, plus over 200 lots of original animation artwork. That’s right, it’s a big sale with something for everyone.
I’ll admit it, Propstore is a must-watch for me. They offer the kind of lots that can make an older movie fan like myself feel like a teenager again.

Among the highlighted pieces, there are Ghostbusters II maquettes, a Jaws cast and crew autographed poster display, and a Jurassic Park visitor brochure. Talk about ’70s-to-early-’90s movie royalty.
If you’re a collector, it’s vital you register in advance, and don’t fret, you don’t need to be in Los Angeles to bid, all lots are available online.
Julien’s And Just Like That sale (April 2-30)
One of the show-specific April events comes from Julien’s Auctions. For any fan of the Max Sex and the City revival, this sale is not to be missed. It runs from April 2 through April 30, 2026, and is online only.
The official page says the auction will include outfits from the characters’ closets, along with furniture and set décor from their homes.
Some of the fan highlights include a Miranda Hobbes jumpsuit, a Lisa Todd Wexley tennis dress and shoes, a “Love, Samantha” card, Carrie Bradshaw’s “Loved and Lost” mockup prop, and even Hot Fellas branded bags and cups.
Sotheby’s Rock & Pop sale (April 9-23)
Last but not least on this lineup is the Sotheby’s Rock & Pop auction. It’s scheduled for April 9 to 23, 2026, and set in New York.

At this point, only one lot is known for sure, but it’s a big-ticket item. It’s Keith Moon’s Premier Music International floor tom from The Who’s “Pictures of Lily” era. It has an estimated value of $250,000 to $300,000.
The full Sotheby’s catalogue is yet to be available, but if you want some one-of-a-kind music memorabilia, you should register now and wait for the full listings to appear. You can bid via their website, phone, or in person.
Tips for the auction buyer
Here are a few bidding tips, no matter which auction you attend:
- Set your maximum budget per item before the auction starts. Don’t let adrenaline or excitement get the better of you.
- Always read the condition notes. Don’t buy based on pictures alone.
- Dig into the buyer’s premium, shipping, and any taxes before you bid. Factor these into your maximum budget before you fall in love with something.
- Double-check the auction rules. Look out for closing rules, like how a bid can extend the deadline. Don’t miss out because you think you’ve won, only to end up being outbid during extended time.
- Most importantly, buy what you love, as trends can change quickly.
