A luxurious Turks and Caicos estate is set for a no-reserve auction on April 17, 2026. The estate, known as the Triton Luxury Villa, is marketed at $50 million, but the no-reserve aspect adds a little jeopardy, as no matter the final hammer price, it’ll be sold.
We wouldn’t cover any property sale on Nerdable, but this property has a pop culture cachet, thanks to Peacock’s The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season One and Netflix’s Too Hot to Handle Season Six. For those who don’t know these shows:
- The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip (RHUGT) is a crossover series where Housewives from different shows come together for one luxury vacation.
- Too Hot to Handle is a reality dating series where a group of singles are brought to a tropical villa, but to win the cash prize, they have to avoid sexual contact and build real connections instead.
Mansion Global reported that the seller is Fabrice Grinda, a French entrepreneur and angel investor. He purchased the property for $11.5 million in 2019 and has spent more than $30 million expanding and renovating.
The sale is being handled by Platinum Luxury Auctions, which is running the April 17 live event.

Why this auction gets attention
Whether the reality TV connection has any power in the sale will be interesting, especially when it comes to the final hammer value.
For us, it’s the no-reserve format that’s part of the intrigue. At this price level, no-reserve is rare enough to grab headlines on its own, then you add a TV connection, and it pushes it into pop culture territory.
As the New York Post put it, the coverage leans into the idea of a reality-TV-ready Caribbean megamansion, and you can see why.

On the property side, the main takeaways are:
- It’s a 7-acre site with 7,000 square feet of space.
- It includes a seven-bedroom villa with 15 bedrooms across the main house and outbuildings.
- There are a total of four bungalows and a staff house.
- It also has multiple courts for padel, pickleball, and tennis. This includes what Platinum Luxury Auctions says is the island’s only red clay court.
- According to Realtor, similar properties include listings at $22.5 million and $7.45 million, along with another $50 million home.
That information shows that this estate is competing at the very top of the local luxury market, not in the middle.
When you look at the competition, it makes sense as to why this angle is being pushed. In a crowded luxury market, square footage and beachfront access are expected, but pop culture recognition is harder to replicate.
